Cronobacter Support
02-18-2009, 12:00 PM
Hello everyone,
I am excited to announce that I will be attending the 1st International meeting on cronobacter (Enterobacter sakazakii). Many scientists from around the world will be putting their heads together in Dublin, Ireland to share information on this deadly bacteria.
The World Health Organization and The United Nations are but a few of the many prestigious sponsors for this important symposium.
It is likely that all attendees will emerge with a better understanding of this bug and hopefully a comprehensive plan to eradicate it from powdered infant formula.
I will keep you posted on the progress of the meeting which takes place this Thursday and Friday (Jan.22 and 23) in Dublin.
